Do you have a return policy?

Yes, ScrapFabulous stands behind their products with a 100% money back guarantee*. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your item(s), simply return it unopened, unused, in re-saleable condition within 30 days and we will gladly refund the purchase price. The refund will be on merchandise only, shipping charges excluded.

*Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on individual sheets of patterned paper or cardstock, items with opened packages, or items that are used.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit card payments including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. For those customers that want to use Paypal, you have the option to choose Paypal during checkout.

We will also accept e-check payments from Paypal account holders. For our protection, orders paid for with the e-check option will not be shipped until the e-check has cleared. This normally takes 3-5 business days but can take longer. We will notify you once the e-check has cleared and your items have been shipped.

Is my credit card payment secure?

Your financial security in connection with this site is very important to us. We do not disclose any personal information collected from this web application without your prior consent. Your personal information as well as the payment information you provide is securely encrypted and protected using the latest encryption and security technologies. Your data is transmitted through QBaroo Secure Servers equipped with VeriSign Digital Server ID's.

Do I have to pay tax on my order?

Only if you live in Idaho or are having your package shipped to an Idaho address. If you do live in Idaho , 6% will be added to your order.

How will my items be shipped?

All domestic packages will be shipped U.S. Priority Mail. A shipping cost chart, based on the total amount spent, has been provided. Some items may have an additional shipping fee which will be noted in the description.

When will my items arrive?

All packages are shipped in the order in which they are received. It takes 2-3 days, depending on availability, to process your order and another 2-3 days via U.S. Priority Mail to arrive.

Do you have a Buyers Reward program?

Yes. For every $20 you spend on product (taxes & shipping not included) we reward you with $1 (Bonus Buck) towards your next purchase. No punch cards necessary here, every dollar you spend is being logged for you!

Do you have a referral program?

What if my merchandise is damaged?

ScrapFabulous uses secure and proper packaging methods to prevent damage in transit. Our products leave in perfect condition. If, however, an item is damaged during shipment, we ask to be notified within 3 days of receipt. The item(s) will be replaced at no cost to you once received and inspected. We reserve the right to cancel the refund if the merchandise has been mishandled, tampered with, or otherwise destroyed by improper use.
