I have been pouring money and time into the Design Team/store and while it has been a lot of fun and a great learning experience, it has also been VERY expensive. The traffic produced on the store has been minimal, I think, because of the thousands of scrapbook stores already online.

I have come to the conclusion that while I do want to keep the store open and still operate the message board as a 'fun meeting place', I am going to discontinue the Design Team until the traffic picks up. We have some marketing ideas/strategies that we hope will give us some great exposure but it will take MORE time and MORE money to get them going.

I'm hoping that these new ideas will generate more interest so I can advertise another DT call in the near future and keep people interested. I am very blessed to have met you all and hope we can still 'hang out' in the boards and keep in touch.

Also, I would like to apologize regarding my absence. As you all know, the "big move" put a lot of stress on myself and my family and we are STILL trying to get all settled in our new home. I wish the best of luck to you all, both in life and your scrapbooking adventures.
